I can provide telepsychology (online therapy) in all U.S. states that are part of PSYPACT. Currently, that is the above 30 states.

However, more states have introduced PSYPACT laws. So, the number of states served by PSYPACT is steadily increasing.

If you don’t see your state listed above, you can check the PSYPACT website to see if your state has been added to PSYPACT yet. 30 states served and growing!

Roberta Ballard, Ph.D. – Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT). Granted by the PSYPACT Commission on February 9, 2022. APIT #10527.

What is PSYPACT?

PSYPACT is an interstate compact qualifying psychologist to practice online therapy in multiple states. As a result, psychologists licensed in any PSYPACT state can apply to the PSYPACT Commission for Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT). Once approved, a psychologist may practice online therapy in all PSYPACT states.

My practice location is Marietta, Georgia. The Georgia Board of Psychology issued my license #4181. I am also licensed in North Carolina (#6228). Providing therapy to clients in different states due to PSYPACT is a pleasure and a privilege.
